Three security levels
Low, medium and high allow a partner to request the right level of certainty without collecting unnecessary information.

European digital identity
VDB-ID lets people sign in securely without giving every website more personal data than it needs.
A connected website mainly needs to know one thing: may this VDB number sign in here at the requested security level? VDB-ID confirms only the needed level: low, medium or high. Names, addresses and extra personal details stay out of the partner website unless they are really needed and approved.
Low, medium and high allow a partner to request the right level of certainty without collecting unnecessary information.
Outside the VDB number, the partner receives only the needed security level confirmation.
Child accounts are always linked to at least one parent. Parents can approve connections and payments through the VDB-ID app.

The partner receives only the necessary approval and the user returns safely.
VDB-ID is not only a login button. It is an account environment where users decide who may act, what may be shared and which connected services may use their VDB-ID.
